SPECIAL ASSEMBLY ON ‘ENERGY
CONSERVATION DAY'
A special assembly was conducted by the students of Grades VI B and D on
December 16,2021 on the theme Energy Conservation. The students highlighted how
there is a scarcity of non-renewable sources of energy so it is important to
save them. Also, they advocated that we should switch to renewable sources of
energy.
The assembly began with the beautiful thought on Energy Conservation and
comprised of a very informative skit, self composed poem and dance. A
PowerPoint presentation by the students also depicted the possibility of using
alternative sources of energy very beautifully.
Honourable Director, Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati appreciated the efforts of
the students and encouraged them to take care of the renewable and
non-renewable sources of energy. Ma’am also motivated the students to take care
of their own physical, spiritual and mental energies. Ms. Suneeta Kaul, Middle
Wing Leader proposed the Vote of Thanks.The students grasped that conserving
energy is the need of the hour and the effort was appreciated by one and all.
