JANMASHTAMI
CELEBRATION
The students of class VII C organised
a special assembly to celebrate Janamashtami and World Photography Day.
Students informed the audience about
the significance of the day and how cameras and photography document memorable
moments for a lifetime. They said that photography is a medium that has a
universal value. They spoke about the various Indian photographers known for
their work.
The students also presented a
beautiful dance on the occasion of Janamashtami, a festival that commemorates
the earthly arrival of Lord Krishna. The assembly concluded with a message from
Principal Madam (off) ,Ms. Arpita Acharya on the significance of Janamashtami
as a festival that encourages goodwill and togetherness.
