ORIENTATION PROGRAM AT Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, SECTOR 10, GURGAON

An Orientation Programme was organised for the parents of Classes Nursery-II in staggered slots on March 26, 2022. Along with making the parents aware of the rules and regulations followed in the school, it was also an attempt to give them an opportunity to peep into the beautiful world, their precious children would explore and enjoy to the core in the new session.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp alongwith the chanting of Gayatri Mantra. The parents were accorded a warm welcome by the Officiating Principal, Ms. Arpita Acharya and the Primary Wing Leader, Ms. Meenakshi Malhotra. Thereafter, they were acquainted with the teaching pedagogy, curriculum, evaluation process, Health and Wellness Programme, safety and security and co-scholastic activities of the school.
In an attempt to give the parents a glimpse of the Integrated Thematic Approach which is an intrinsic part of the Teaching Pedagogy, presentations on the themes ‘Plants’ and ‘Making Healthy Food Choices’ were given by the students by the students of Grade LKG and Grades UKG-II respectively. Both the presentations received plaudits as all the subjects taught including performing arts were interwoven with the respective themes in a beautiful manner.
The queries of the parents were well addressed by the School Leadership Team alongwith the facilitators. It was an enriching experience for all.
